What Moguls Is DEFINITELY NOT
Moguls is NOT a conference, a course, or a coaching platform. It’s a select group of real estate leaders who use their collective power to share what’s working, breakthrough challenges, and amplify their message and impact.
Moguls is NOT for beginners in real estate. Only leaders in real estate investment and development are invited to become a Mogul. That means we focus on high-level, high-impact ideas and frameworks.
Moguls is NOT for self-promoters. We ask first ourselves how we can help others before thinking of ourselves. We give, give, and give some more without expecting anything in return.
Moguls is NOT a mega-membership program. My personal belief is that when masterminds get too big, they lose their impact and do a disservice to the members. That’s why Moguls is capped at 40 members: we’re big enough to have bite, but small enough to stay effective.

Hi, I’m Seth Ferguson, the founder of Moguls.
Leaders like you are so important in bringing the message of financial freedom to people and showing them what’s possible when determination, knowledge, and drive are applied to a proven real estate framework.
Personally, I believe it is our duty to bring the message of real estate education to as many people as we can. I also believe we are seriously failing ourselves and our followers if we don’t.
